Benefit for the Living Dead...

Whether you consider Dean Lachiusa's editing demo a "fan-cut," a "remix"...or just a big mistake, it has always been available for FREE. Archive.org delivered over 3,000 downloads in 2005, and since then the "Survivor's Cut" aka the "Benefit for the Living Dead" has been available as a free download/streaming video via numerous websites like blip.tv.

Somewhat misunderstood by Romero fans, but well loved by film critics, hundreds of Internet articles have been written about Lachiusa's work. If you would like to hear what objective, professional writers have to say about the movie, then please read the reviews herein.
